In short: 7 days, no questions asked on a single report. 14 days on the annual plan if you've run fewer than 3 reports. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Single Report ($9.99)
- Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- To request a refund, email hello@blood-test.life from the email address associated with the purchase.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Annual Unlimited ($79.90)
- Eligible for full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have run fewer than 3 analyses.
- If you have run 3 or more analyses, we will refund pro-rata for the remaining days, minus the standard $9.99 per analysis used.
- Cancellation does not require a reason — but we would love to know what could be better.
Auto-renewal
Annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by email. If you forget to cancel and contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will refund the renewal in full.
Beta users
If you used the analyzer during the 2026 public beta at no charge, no refund is applicable (because you paid nothing). When the beta ends, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance before any charge can occur.
Exceptions
- Where local consumer-protection law requires a longer or shorter window, that law applies.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds where the account has been used in violation of the Terms of Service.
